Track was developed from a simple observation: problems often grow in the dark but begin to lose their power when they are brought into the light. Whether that is pain, symptoms, emotions, habits, or patterns of behaviour, recording them honestly and consistently can reveal trends that might otherwise remain hidden. By making the invisible visible, users are better equipped to understand their circumstances, communicate with healthcare professionals, and make informed decisions about their wellbeing.
This principle is deeply rooted in Scripture. The Bible repeatedly teaches that truth, light, openness, and confession bring clarity, freedom, healing, and understanding, while hidden things often retain influence until they are exposed. Passages including
Ephesians 5:11–13,
James 5:16,
Proverbs 28:13,
John 8:32,
Luke 8:17,
Mark 4:22,
1 John 1:7–9,
Psalm 32:3–5,
and
2 Corinthians 10:4–5
have helped shape the thinking behind Track's approach to monitoring and understanding life's challenges. While Track is designed for people of all faiths and none, we gratefully acknowledge the biblical principles that inspired its creation.
